North Carolina Conference

The North Carolina Conference of The A.M.E. Zion Church serves congregations across the Washington, Beaufort and New Bern areas. Rooted in faith and tradition, our churches are committed to spiritual growth, community outreach, and empowering disciples to make an impact locally and beyond.

Washington

The Washington District is comprised of 14 churches across North Carolina counties of Tarboro, Washington, Maury, Rocky Mount, Kinston, New Bern, Farmville, Grifton, Ayden, Walstonburg and Greenville.

Beaufort

The Beaufort District is comprised of 16 churches across North Carolina counties of Aurora, Havelock, Vandemere, Swansboro, New Bern, Alliance, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Newport.

New Bern

The New Bern District is comprised of 19 churches across North Carolina counties of Cove City, New Bern, Kinston, Jacksonville, Maysville, Pollocksville, Hubert, Trenton, Sneads Ferry, Dover, Midway Park and Vanceboro.
