The Albemarle Conference of the A.M.E. Zion Church, established in 1910, plays a vital role in northeastern North Carolina. It serves congregations located throughout the Albemarle Sound area, including Currituck, Camden, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan, Tyrrell, Washington, and Martin counties. Our churches are united in a mission rooted in faith, social justice, and regional outreach, staying fully committed to the Great Commission.
